Payments, Shipping & Returns

It is very important that you are happy with your purchase and understand the terms and conditions. Please read the following policy regarding payments, returns/exchanges. Should you have any other queries call or email Marnie to discuss.

Payments

Marnie accepts bank transfer via the security of Paypal and Direct Deposit into bank account - BSB  733 253   ACC  584 217. Please include your full name on payment advice, emailing receipt to marnie@marniegilder.com. Prints will be posted once full payment is received.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars and include 10% Goods and Services Tax. Marnie reserves the right to change prices at any time.

Orders Within Australia

Marnie will endeavour to process and deliver orders within Australia (via Australia Post) in 7 working days. For International deliveries please allow at least 14 working days.

Refund & Replacement

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can exchange it. Please follow these instructions:

You must notify Marnie via email within 7 days of receiving your print with the original order number and your reason for return. The print you return must be unused, unmarked and in saleable condition. You must pay the postage for the return of the print and Marnie will pay the postage for the delivery of the replacement print to you.

Should you consider a print flawed or damaged upon delivery please contact Marnie as soon as you receive it to discuss its return and replacement.
